Also known as the Thai Rawit, this small green chilli packs quite a punch for its size. Usually 3-8cm long by 2-4cm wide, this chilli is rated 4/5 (100-225,000 SHU)

Cayenne Chilli -
Capsicum Annum

The Cayenne pepper comes in varous colours ranging from red to green (most common), but also an orange, yellow and purple. Great for drying. The medium sized chilli is rated 3/5 (30-50,000 SHU)

Serenade Chilli -
Capsicum Annum

This large thick walled chilli pepper comes in both red and green. The medium sized chilli is rated 3/5 (50-80,000 SHU).

Serrano Chilli -
Capsicum Annum

This thick walled shorter chilli is similar in stature to the cayanne and seranade but far less potent. It coulours in both red and green and is rated 3/5 (6-23,000 SHU).

Jalapeno Chilli -
Capsicum Annum

These "stuffing" or "bullet" chillis which are more "less" potent than their cousins. They also come in red and green colours ranging from red to green. Great for preserving. The medium/large sized chilli is rated 3/5 (1-20,000 SHU).

Cherry / Rosa tomatoes a miniature tomato with a strong flavour. Fantastic for summer salads, roasting vegetables or simply as a snack.
